The fallout continues from last week’s fatal shooting on a Sante Fe film set. While rehearsing a scene for the film Rust, Alec Baldwin, an actor and producer on the movie, fired a loaded prop gun, killing cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and injuring director Joel Souza.

As more facts come out, legal experts have begun to weigh in on the question of liability. Could Baldwin face charges? If not Baldwin, who might be held responsible?

At a press briefing Wednesday, Santa Fe District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies said it's too early in the investigation to bring charges, but added that "no one has been ruled out at this point." The D.A.’s office is currently conducting interviews, and investigators are sending evidence to the FBI crime lab in Quantico, Virginia.
