On the CAFE Insider docket this week: 

– The indictment of former Trump White House trade advisor Peter Navarro on two counts of contempt of Congress for failing to comply with a subpoena issued by the January 6th Committee;

– The Department of Justice’s decision to not charge Mark Meadows and Dan Scavino, two other former Trump administration officials who also refused to cooperate with the Committee’s investigation; and

– The acquittal of Michael Sussman, a lawyer for the 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign, of lying to the FBI.
