Update Your Payment Method

How do I make changes to my payment method?

When editing or updating your payment method, please keep in mind that there must always be a credit card or PayPal account associated with an active membership. When you have paid for your membership for the month or for the year, you can add a new payment method and switch to that going forward. If you are trying to rejoin Insider, tap here. Adding a New Payment Method:

1. Log in to your account and tap the “My Account” section at the top right. Then scroll to the bottom of the page until you see the “Payment Information” section

 

2. Tap “Choose another way to pay” located below the credit card(s) you have saved,  a prompt to enter a new credit card will appear.

3. Enter your new payment information and tap “UPDATE PAYMENTS” to save.

4. You should see a green bar at the top of your page indicating your new credit card was successfully added

To Delete a Payment Method

1. Log in to your account and tap the “My Account” section at the top right. Then scroll to the bottom of the page until you see the “Payment Information” section

2. Click edit located on the right side above your cards

3. Click on the red icon to the left of the card you would like to delete

4. Click Delete to confirm

Change your default payment

1. First make sure you have added the credit card you would like to pay with (if you are having trouble adding a card please see “Adding a New Payment Method” above). Upon adding a card that payment method will now become the default.

If you already have the card in your wallet and want to add it as the default payment method you can do the following:

1. Log in to your account and tap the “My Account” section at the top right. Then scroll to the bottom of the page until you see the “Payment Information” section.

2. Click on the card you want to make your default payment method, then click “UPDATE PAYMENTS”

3. You should see a green bar at the top of your page indicating changing your default payment method was successfully changed
