On the CAFE Insider docket: 

– The ruling by a panel of D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals judges that held that presidential immunity does not shield former President Donald Trump from civil liability related to his efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election;

– The ruling by a D.C. District Court judge that rejected Trump’s motion to dismiss the criminal charges in the election interference criminal case; and

– The hearing in Fulton County where Trump’s lawyers argued that the criminal charges in Georgia should be dismissed and that Trump cannot stand on trial until 2029 if he becomes president again.
