So folks, I'm smart enough to know that sometimes on legal issues it's better to bring someone in who's smarter than yourself. And I have such a person here with me today. My longtime friend, Trevor Morrison who's, as they say, a gentleman and a scholar. He just stepped down as Dean of NYU Law School, where I teach. He has served in the white House Counsel's Office. He clerked for Ruth Bader Ginsburg on the Supreme Court. And I've invited him here to explain to us once and for all this kind of difficult concept that people keep asking me about, and it's this thing called substantive due process. Trevor, welcome.
