Should a president have unchecked authority to impose tariffs on foreign nations? In an excerpt from this week’s Insider episode, Preet Bharara and Joyce Vance discuss the Court of International Trade’s unanimous ruling that President Trump exceeded his authority by invoking the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) to impose sweeping tariffs.
